Rule 33
_ Harm should not be harmed

(1) In relation to objects, places, flora, fauna or environmental conditions included in the heritage records as per rule 32 or within the national heritage, no one shall do or cause any of the following acts without the approval of the concerned body:-
(a) to remove, alter or: do anything to damage any thing, flora or fauna,
(b) to sell or transfer any article, plant or animal to any person,
(c) to enter into the National Heritage Conservation Area any other animals that cause damage to any animals included in the records,
(d) To do any other work that damages or destroys any object, place, flora or fauna.
(2) If it is known that someone has done or caused any act contrary to sub-rule (1), anyone can file a complaint with the relevant concerned body.
(3) If there is any complaint according to sub-rule (2) or if it is found that there has been any loss or damage to the objects, places, flora, fauna or environmental conditions included in the records related to national heritage during the investigation by the concerned concerned body, the concerned concerned body shall stop such action as soon as possible in accordance with the prevailing law. It should be sent to the competent authority for action.
